Impact provides two types of Service Programs for our customers. Service is performed during normal business hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.) Additional charges will apply for service done outside of normal business hours. Please contact your Sales Consultant for more information.
Inclusive Service Contract
A single monthly payment covers all service calls and parts on any of the equipment that Impact services.
Pay Per Call Service
Each service call is charged $40 for travel and $120 per hour, plus the cost of parts. Payment is collected by the Service Technician at the completion of the visit.
